Platforms For Long Island K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship Coverage

The Two Main Video Platforms for this Round of Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship Round IV Coverage are Dailymotion & Vimeo. You Tube is out of the question because of the viewing potential is rapidly fading away. Not everyone cares to watch on You Tube. The Last Time that all Three Services carried the Long Island Championship Final, You Tube was utterly ignored. Vimeo & Dailymotion ruled the day. Of course, Certain NY Daily News Reading Queens Residents in Middle Village & East Glendale, who believe themselves gifted with knowledge of “Media Novus”, got my Production Company to add the Coverage to You Tube. Their Daughters drew 6 & 7 Views each on You Tube. So much for their “Media Expertise.” Their idea of ” Media Platform” is the Middle of the Uptown Platform at 71st Avenue on the IND SUBWAY Queens Boulevard Line, Media being Latin for Middle. Reading the NY Daily News is no excuse for ignorance, nor a sign of Literacy.
These Two New Media Platforms are well known outside of the USA, and getting to be well known inside of the USA & Canada. Both are known for quality of videos and for Producers who care to produce quality without having to put up with a “Promenade Of Illiterati”, so omnipresent on You Tube. With one Free Throw Basketball Championship Segment on You Tube, with Gregorian Chant, signifying that the Knights Of Columbus is an International Catholic Fraternal Organization, it attracted some illiterati, who complained to You Tube about it. I decided then not to waste this little gem on You Tube. It is on Dailymotion.
Both Platforms will utilize Social Media to draw viewers from. The Characters from 2011 are either in High School or University. I refuse to follow the crowd. Quality is what will be produced & Simulcast on Social Media, such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter & tumblr, as well as my site on WordPress. I have no time to produce “The East Glendale-Middle Village Video Sharing War.”

The Vimeo Coverage will have a 1950s Feel to it, as the coverage will be entirely in Black & White, Film Noir Style.

Livestreaming Of Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship

The 1st Time was Saturday, 02/07/2015, Round II from St. Pancras Gymnasium in Glendale, Queens, NY. It drew 29 Live Views and 22 Replay Views.
A good # of Knights began finding out about Livestreaming Of The Event via Veetle, during 2015. Livestreaming gets it done. You Tube Live is Google’s Livestreaming Service on the World’s Largest Video Sharing Network.
But, unlike Veetle, which is truly a Livestreaming Service, and where there’s viewer activity, You Tube Live, basically for concerts And Live News Feeds from the Networks, mostly gets views via Replay. One could be hooked into Facebook, Google+, Twitter & tumblr & not receive a Single Live Streaming Telecast View.
Yet, Streamago & Streamera, with Streamera originating in Italy & Streamago originating in The USA,  well, both are fast paced & one will receive viewers at a quicker pace, in that in less than 6 Minutes of Coverage, we got 29 Live Views & now have a total of 40 Views. You Tube Live Streaming is NOT worth it in regards to The Coverage of the Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship.
You Tube is overused by People who record the K of C Free Throw. There are a Few Thousand of these Videos on You Tube. Only ONE is a You Tube Live Streaming Telecast. But the Livestreaming Replay in this case, saved having to upload via Wi Fi from Starbucks or from the Data Signal from the Wireless Phone Carrier. And the use of You Tube Live Streaming, saves your High Speed Data from being used up, as You Tube Live Streaming Video converts to Regular Video Stream. What amazes me are those people who tell me that everything should be on You Tube. Are these People somewhat Daft? In 2011, new audiences were found, not only in the USA & Canada, but in Nations where You Tube is blocked. Vimeo and Dailymotion took over in those places. Imagine having Competition Viewers in Iran. The Competitions on Dailymotion & Vimeo had viewers there. You Tube was blacked out in Iran & China.
And Vimeo as well as Dailymotion were watched in The USA.
As for the You Tube Only Crowd, especially the Crowers In Queens Neighborhoods, did any of you even bother to WATCH?

In short, I am staying here in Queens, in Forest Hills instead of running by Subway to Manhattan.
The Weather plays a part in it as it is snowing. So, a Doubleheader of Masses at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs in Forest Hills, Queens, instead of running to Midtown Manhattan, will be what I do, today.
I have to head to Stations Of The Cross at 7:30PM at OLQM. It’ll be a Faith Based Day here.
I will record the Stations Of The Cross On You Tube Live Streaming. It should work better than the Queens County Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship Round III. OLQM Parishioners tend to watch You Tube.

A Traditional Webcast Of K of C Free Throw On A Nontraditional Home-Dailymotion

With Over 4K Views & still getting views, the 2011 Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship, is still a Success on Dailymotion. This is all while people are uploading K of C Free Throw Basketball Videos to You Tube. On You Tube, these videos are being utterly ignored.

Presenting The 2016 Coverage from Chaminade Boys High School in Mineola, NY, the 2016 Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship Long Island Championship Final. It will be webcast on delay from Mineola, on Dailymotion.
You heard me. It will NOT be on You Tube. People around the World actually paid attention to the 2011 Coverage on Dailymotion. It rarely heads there. In fact it went there 5 Years Ago and people are still stopping by to view segments. This is NOT the case with You Tube. It looks as if K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship Coverage Producers are like Lemmings, following other Producers off the You Tube Cliff. Imagine producing this thing Live & at the end, only 1 Viewer was recorded in The Republic of Ireland, no doubt drinking Rather Strong Tea. You Tube Live is NO WAY to carry the Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship. I did a You Tube Live Streaming Telecast of The Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship Round III from Cathedral Prep Seminary High School in Elmhurst, Queens, NY and ONLY 1 Viewer was recorded in The Republic of Ireland. I am NOT wasting valuable coverage by using Google’s Vastly Overused & Overrated You Tube to do this.

What was interesting was THAT in 5 Minutes 48 Seconds, the Post Competition Coverage on Streamago gained 27 LIVE Viewers and 5 more on Replay.

But for something as Big as the Long Island Championship Round, Coverage will be on Dailymotion. The Video is better & the Service is not overwhelmed with K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship Producers. And there are no idiotic comments. Quality reigns Supreme on Dailymotion.

I cannot say the same for You Tube.

The Views Are Growing But You Tube Live Is No Livecaster

In fact if the Livecast Video is downloaded, it will head over to Dailymotion, where the Success of The 2011 Coverage is Fresh in my mind.
You Tube Live Streaming is for The Entertainment Industry, not the Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship. Trust me when I say this. The Era of You Tube & The Championship is nearing an end. I could see that 5 Years Ago, with Dailymotion & Vimeo. Yet, in my case, I was threatened with Violence by a Contestant’s Grandmother if the Coverage wasn’t on You Tube in March, 2011. Did someone forget to take their medication?

Currently, there are a # of Live Streaming Telecast Services, which operate from Mobile Phones & Tablets. Five Years Ago, I ran the Video Operation from an iPod Touch 4G, via Wi Fi from Barnes & Noble on Austin Street in Forest Hills, Queens, which closed up shop on December 31st, 2015. Today I run a Low Budget Video Operation, much of it Live, via Android Smartphone. When live, an event takes place. When the event ends, the Video is saved & converted. No need to sit in Starbucks on Wi Fi & wait for the Upload & Conversion to occur.

1st Day was 1 Live View. Later it was two replay views for 3 Views. However, with a change of Category, and two days later, it is now 27 Coverage Views. Streamago had 27 Live views. Now with replay views, it is 33 Views. You Tube is 27 Views. It is now a combo of 60 Views. And by the end of week one on You Tube, I hope for far greater viewing numbers.

Streamago is good for Short Term for the Telecast in progress. You Tube is Long Term with Daily Growth.

“I Am So Done With”…..You Tube Live Streaming For The K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship

My Most Dear friend coined a phrase which I find quite useful. She uses the phrase to indicate who she doesn’t Like, whether Politicians or Heirsarchs in The Catholic Church, who are Heretics, Schismatics or outright Apostates, and in some cases, All Three. I once heard her use the Phrase outside of Church, one Thursday Evening.

My Situation is quite DIFFERENT. It has to do with Video Sharing & Live Web Video Streaming. It has to do with the World’s Largest & Most Overrated Video Sharing & Streaming Service.
“I Am So Done With You Tube Live.”  I decided to take the Queens County Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship Round III from Cathedral Prep Seminary In Elmhurst Queens, NY, Live in HD 720p over You Tube & their New Service called You Tube Live.
Fuggedibowdit!  It is the quickest way to K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship Oblivion. Despite hooking up on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Tumblr & WordPress, the Livecast on You Tube Live Streaming is a Spectacular Flop. In addition, near the Awards Ceremonies, You Tube crashed, like Windows 95 and Microsoft Word. Only 3 Views so far. You Tube, You SUCK! No More K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship Live Video or Regular Video. I don’t feel like following The Crowd of other Councils, Assemblies & Independent Producers, with The Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship on You Tube.

There was a Live Streaming Telecast Backup, used today for the 1st Time. Streamago, which is based in San Francisco, CA, and a spinoff from Streamera, an Italian Live Streaming Service, was Pressed into Service, to carry the Live Stream from the Award Ceremonies from Cathedral Prep Seminary High School in Elmhurst, Queens, NY. Streamago was hooked into Facebook & Twitter, as was You Tube. Unlike You Tube, in just under 5 Minutes, there were 31 Views. On You Tube Live, in 35 Minutes there was 1 View and 2 more came about later in the day on Replay.

In 2011, the Smallest Response to the K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship Coverage, was on You Tube. The Largest Response was seen in 80 Nations was on Vimeo. Yet the Assorted “Demographic Experts” also called “Soccer Parents From The Netherworld”, along with their “Know It All Children”, are telling the Local Knights Of Columbus Council in East Glendale, Queens, NY, that the Contest must be carried on You Tube, “For Viewing #s.”
Funny, but in One Round, the Vimeo #s were 80K, while You Tube was only 55. It is apparent that these Parents and Children are barely able to read the NY Daily News. Dailymotion was always smacking down You Tube View #s.
In 2015, 51 Views On Veetle.com, was recorded for the District K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship from St. Pancras in Glendale, Queens, NY. This was the 1st Ever Livecast on the Web. The Numbers may be higher by now.
Coverage #s now up over 150 Views.

The Next Round Long Island Championship At Chaminade HS In Mineola

This is a Legendary Catholic All Boys High School, located in Mineola, the County Seat of Nassau County, the Former County Seat of Queens County, located in The Town of North Hempstead, on Long Island in New York State. It will be the Site on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 of the Long Island Championship Round of The Knights Of Columbus International Free Throw Basketball Championship Round IV.
This round will NOT be carried via live stream on You Tube Live. Streamago was pressed into Service when You Tube quit, so the one thing which began to accumulate was actual viewers. Streamago will go live on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016, being Livestreamed to Facebook & Twitter, with replay on Google+, WordPress & Tumblr.

It’s too bad that Dailymotion & Vimeo aren’t available for streaming. I like those two services a lot. In fact I like them a lot more than You Tube.

The District K of C Free Throw Basketball Championship Round from Glendale, NY, was streamed Live on Saturday, February 7th, 2015, and Viewers followed along. Sadly, Veetle’s App has ceased working on Android Lollipop 5.1.1.
